  Last customers on a Friday night.
  My bf knows Mo and have been coming for years but its my first time.
  Ordered lamb/beef gyro bowl.
  One of the best I've had!
  Proportion of meat to rice to veggies is nice! I tend to like more meat and portion is awesome for price.
  I'm already full and not even halfway finished.
  Meat is flavorful, tender and chunky, good sized pieces.
  Not like other places that have thin, flimsy dry pieces.
  Though, some tables did need to be bussed and cleaned, but it was very busy. And some staff were just sitting behind the counter.

  Since moving to the Elk Grove area my wife and I have been slowly exploring the diverse restaurant options available to us. Usually after a grueling workout at the nearby 24 Hour Fitness, I step out into the parking lot and notice a consistent crowd gathered at Ariana's. However, as I have pointed out in past reviews, I have to be motivated to try new types of food. My wife being that source of motivation, suggested one evening that we DoorDash dinner from Ariana's. Although I was not impressed by the photographs of the food, I was intrigued by the stellar Yelp reviews (thanks to those who provide detailed reviews). Therefore, we placed an order for two Lamb Gyro Bowls and two orders of garlic fries.
  
  When our meal arrived, the smell alone let me know that we were in for a treat. I'm generally always hungry, so I was ecstatic to see that my bowl was "family style" sized. What brought an even bigger smile to my face was the cost per plate....$6.99 (technically $9.99 since we opted for the $3.00 garlic fries)! The lamb was delicious and the fresh vegetables made for a perfect pairing. The only issue that we had was with the garlic fries. I'm not sure if the fries were overcooked (or if the application of garlic changed the texture of the fries), but they were extremely dry and tasted like they sat in the fryer for a couple of hours. I understand that fries may not be a specialty when it comes to Afghan/Mediterranean cuisine. However, for an extra $3,  I expected more from the Garlic fries.
  
  So far I have had the Lamb Gyro Bowl and the Lamb Gyro wrapped in Pita bread...both were absolutely delicious! Aside from the mediocre garlic fries, we have no reason not to make a return visit!

  We went there tonight for family dinner but it was big mistake .dirty dishes was all over .no ice for soda machine  .no water .it was all crazy. Our order was taken to different table then once it was touched by other customer then it was brought to our table .
  And food quility was really really bad meat was not fully cooked .
  First I thought about talking to manager but all I want it to get out of the place and never come back.
  
  And also I don't know how they don't get any food safety violations. Dirty cleaning rag  in small plastic pot filled with dirty water sitting  next to box of straw and on top of the ice machine right next to soda machine .
  Just imagine if place that serve food is not clean in dining area then how bad that can be behind the counter in kitchen .
  Do not risk your and your family's health stay away from this place .
  I gave them many chances to improve because there food use to be really really good but after tonight I feel like I need  let other people know that you are taking health risk while visiting that place .

  Wow I'm surprised how bad the service has gotten here! The last two times have been pretty bad. The first time I just stood around for about 10 minutes until one of the guys got off his phone to ring me up and give me my order which was already ready.
  
  Today I called in for a beef/lamb gyro salad and there were a ton of people working there but not actually working. The young guy with the curly hair rang me up and handed me my order. I came a bit later to pick up my order since they tend to be slow. I even left a tip because I come here quite often. $15 for two salads...
  
  When I got home I was not given any side sauces nor was there was no white sauce on either of my gyro salads. So I called them back hoping they could compensate but the girl asked me to come back. I was not going to drive all the way back when this could of been done correctly. No compensation, couldn't even speak to a manager. Lately they have not been on their A game.
  
  Please work on your customer service.

  The services is the weak link of Ariana Gyros & Kabobs. They are turn in to a fast food restaurant but not fast! I remember at about one year ago. They're a very good full service restaurant. But it turn in to no service now!
  
  The restaurant cleanliness is also questionable! The tables are not cleaned up, the hallway from the dining room to the back door / restrooms are very messy. Opened boxes and papers on the floor.
  
  The lady working at the cashier is good. She handles the cashier very well and answered questions with good attitude.
  
  The shopping mall Ariana Gyros & Kabobs located is a very busy shopping mall with a movie theater and 24 hours fitness in there. Big parking lot but some time very hard to find a parking space!
  
  The only reason I have three stars review for Ariana Gyros & Kabobs was the food. The full combo meal was delicious!
  
  I hope they will spend little more time to keep up the restaurant and cleanliness! I have no problem to order the foods at the cashier counter. But I do have problem if I have to question about their cleanliness!
